Consent Language — Identity / KYC Verification

Purpose: Text to display before an Organizer is redirected to the payment partner (Razorpay) for KYC, or before any limited in-house verification. Capture in ConsentLog with consent_type = kyc_verification.

Note: Under the locked design, EnthiosHub does not collect or store Aadhaar/PAN/bank documents itself — the payment partner (Razorpay) performs KYC. Use the language in Section A. Only use Section B if you ever collect Aadhaar directly (not recommended without separate legal review).

1. A. Payment-partner KYC (recommended / current model)#

☐ I understand that identity and bank verification (KYC) for receiving payments is performed by EnthiosHub's payment partner, Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment aggregator. I authorize Razorpay to collect and verify my identity, business, and bank details for this purpose in accordance with its terms and applicable law.

I understand that EnthiosHub stores only my verification status and a payment-account reference, and does not store my full identity or bank documents. My data is processed in line with the EnthiosHub [Privacy Policy] and [KYC & Identity Verification Policy].

Record as: consent_type = kyc_verification.

2. B. Direct Aadhaar verification (ONLY if you collect Aadhaar directly — requires separate legal review)#

☐ I voluntarily provide my Aadhaar details for the limited purpose of identity verification. I consent to the verification of my Aadhaar via OTP/offline mechanisms in accordance with the Aadhaar Act, 2016 and the DPDP Act, 2023. I understand my Aadhaar number will be masked and that I am not required to share it except as permitted by law.

Record as: consent_type = aadhaar_verification. Warning: Storing full Aadhaar numbers carries significant legal exposure. Prefer masked storage / offline-XML / DigiLocker verification results only, and obtain advocate sign-off before enabling.
