Consent Language — Organizer Registration

Purpose: Text to display when a user onboards as an Organizer / before first Event publish. Capture in ConsentLog with consent_type = organizer_agreement and the accepted document versions.

1. Mandatory acceptance (UNTICKED by default — block "Become an Organizer" / "Publish Event" until ticked)#

☐ I have read and agree to the EnthiosHub [Organizer Agreement], [Event Organizer Responsibilities], [Payment & Settlement Policy], and [Refund & Cancellation Policy].

I understand and agree that:

• I am the sole organizer and provider of the events I list; EnthiosHub is only a technology facilitator and limited payment-collection agent, and is not a co-organizer, sponsor, or guarantor.
• I must complete identity and bank verification (KYC) through the payment partner before publishing paid events or receiving settlements.
• I am solely responsible for the legality, licences, permits, safety, delivery, and accuracy of my events, and for charging and remitting applicable taxes (including GST).
• I will publish and honour a refund/cancellation policy and fund all refunds for my events; the EnthiosHub platform fee is non-refundable.
• I will handle attendee personal data lawfully as an independent data fiduciary under the DPDP Act.
• I will indemnify EnthiosHub for claims arising from my events, as set out in the Organizer Agreement.

Record as: consent_type = organizer_agreement (store accepted versions of each referenced document).

2. Settlement account ownership (at bank-account setup)#
