This Cookie Policy explains how EnthiosHub uses cookies and similar technologies. It forms part of the Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?#
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They help websites function and remember information about your session.
2. Cookies We Use#
2.1. Strictly Necessary (always on):
- Session cookie (
enthioshub_session): authenticates your session, keeps you logged in, and protects against cross-site request forgery. The Platform cannot function without it. It is HTTP-only, Secure (HTTPS-only), and SameSite-restricted.
2.2. Functional (where applicable): remember preferences you set.
2.3. Analytics (opt-in only): we use internal, first-party analytics to understand usage. Where any third-party analytics (e.g., Firebase Analytics) are enabled, they operate on an opt-in basis and are disabled by default.
2.4. Advertising cookies: we do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
3. Legal Basis#
Strictly necessary cookies are set on the basis of legitimate use for providing the Service you requested. Non-essential cookies (functional/analytics) are set only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Managing Cookies#
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from logging in and using the Platform.
5. Third-Party Processors#
Some cookies may be set by service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., authentication, error monitoring). These are governed by the Privacy Policy and the respective providers' policies.
6. Changes#
We will update this Policy as our use of cookies changes, and revise the "Effective" date accordingly.
Review by a licensed advocate recommended before publication. If third-party analytics/advertising are added later, a consent banner will be required.
